OVERLAND PARK - James R. Lucas, President & CEO of Luman International gave the keynote address to the annual Fall Professional Conference of the Kansas Government Financial Officers' Association (KSGFOA).  He discussed the topic of "Maintaining Passion in Tough Times" During their Friday session at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel.  He also presented a workshop on the Ethics of High-Performers to a standing room only audience.

Discussion panel at the Off-shore Technology Conference - May 7, 2009

HOUSTON –James R.
